Inverness Medical, Inc.
We helped this innovative health products company to raise significant
capital and outstanding success by explaining the potential of the founders'
vision. Identified two new board members. The stock of Inverness Medical,
Inc. (IMA) was the growth leader of all US stock markets in 2000 with
over 1000% growth. Supported by our continuing assistance over several
years, the management team was able to clearly define goals in a successful
series of business plansleading to rapid expansion in the international
mass marketing of diagnostic products including products based on their
own R&D in breakthrough technologies. The success has been capped
by the announcement on 23 May, 2001, that Johnson & Johnson intends
to purchase o the Inverness diabetes business and R&D facilities.
FORESIGHT worked closely with the Inverness management team from
their startup. The master business plan was adapted to several specific
opportunities and became the basis for the initial public offering. Each
version of the plan demonstrated our ability to translate complex scientific,
technical, medical, and technology concepts into comprehensive business
and marketing plans that were understood by the target audiences. We were
thus able to explain to investors the opportunity represented by the entrepreneurial
vision of Inverness. As the IPO approached, the FORESIGHT team
provided critical liason for Inverness with investment bankers and professional
advisers including lawyers, accountants, and public relations. We also
implemented a program to gather due diligence materials in support of
the IPO. Our efforts contributed to the successful Initial Public Offering
on 6 August 1996 on the AMEX as Selfcare: SLF. A secondary
offering on the AMEX was successful under Inverness: IMA.

Boston Tree Preservation
We developed a plan to guide the inception of this company based on the
entrepreneur's unique marketing concept in tree preservation. Presented plan to
employees to facilitate their electing to take over existing company or join
the new venture.
