The Starlight Saber is a tube fin payload capable
rocket with an interesting stairstep design. It's easy to build if you've
got a flat surface and some white glue. It's a good rocket to launch in
cold weather using an A, B or C engine because the tube fins are durable
when landing on frozen ground and the mylar parachute opens reliably below
40 degrees farenheit!
